We want you to love your new outfit, but if it's not quite right, we offer easy returns for a store credit or refund within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Refund Method
Select whether you would prefer a 110% store credit to use on your next haul or a refund back to your original payment method.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the parcel.
Drop It Off
Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt so you can follow its journey back to our warehouse.
